As a F&B Trainee you should be flexible to support the F&B team across most of the operations of the department. During your internship you might be asked to work at the Restaurant, at the bar, or at the Banquet.

As a consequence, during your internship you may be :

  • Helping and supporting the Chef De Rang and Restaurant Manager to an all-round high-standard service of food and beverage

  • Participating to the different daily services of the restaurant: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

  • Helping with the room-service

  • Setting up banqueting rooms and tables (including crockery, cutlery and glasses) for appropriate events

  • Providing excellent and personalized service for all clients

About you :

  • Open personality, flexible, punctual and good communication skills.

  • You must speak English, French is a plus.
