Green Michelin star restaurant WILDn, where our two star chef Bart de Pooter created a culinary temple that takes plant food to new heights. The menu is guided by the seasons with the best local ingredients, from farmer to plate.
Restaurant PLANTn, at PLANTn we are passionate about bringing vegetable dishes 24 hours a day. We offer breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. In this unique and relaxing bistro decor, star chef Bart de Pooter brings together the best seasonal ingredients of our farm and local producers. In addition, our kitchen team uses preservation techniques such as pickling and fermenting to make the most of our precious ingredients and minimize waste.

Your focus will be financial and business hotel controlling in the region of Antwerp. Together with the team, the colleagues in operations and your finance colleagues on hotel and holding level, you'll analyse, control, optimize and report historical and future financial data data for the group. You'll manage monthly, quarterly & yearly closing and reporting of hotel entities in this region (balance sheet, P&L, Cash flow and CapEx) as part of our growing finance team.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysing control, optimizing, and reporting historical and future financial data (Balance sheets, P&L, CapEx, and cashflow management).
Translating strategic objectives into Key Performance Indicators.
Drafting business analyses and making recommendations to ensure the achievement of business goals/targets across the hotel properties and to maximise financial performance.
Preparing financial statements and collaborate on the financial audit.
Implementing and following up on internal operating procedures and ongoing improvement of administrative organisation.
Best in-class finance – bringing the team to the next level.
Overseeing, coordinating and guidance of finance tasks and responsibilities during pre-opening and take-over period of new hotel properties.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business economics, accounting or related.
Significant experience (ideally 3+ years) in a similar role for multiple regions or outlets.
You speak Dutch and English fluently; any other additional languages is a pre;
Great passion for finance as well as the hospitality industry.
Industry experience is a great advantage (but not essential).
Excellent coaching skills.
