MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking after and maintaining the breakfast buffet;
Independently perform mise-en-place duties;
Assessing ingredients to be used for freshness, shelf life, etc;
Passing and/or preparing orders according to recipes;
Receiving and storing delivered items;
Ensuring and following HACCP guidelines.
Other duties may include providing lunch at meetings and events.
PROFILE
As Breakfast Cook at Hotel Nassau Breda, you are responsible for providing the complete prescribed breakfast for our hotel guests. The number of hours (full-time or part-time) can be determined in consultation. Hotel Nassau Breda is looking for you. Someone who wants to take care of breakfast for our guests with enthusiasm and has the following qualities:
