Tasks and responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the NOW to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards and aiming at satisfying and exceeding the Fun Hunters expectations.
Manage all stock aspects of the B&F (including Breakfast, Bar, Flammkuchen & Crockpot), such as taking inventory and reordering supplies.
Taking, preparing, and serving orders varying from cocktails to coffees to breakfast and from Flammkuchen to the Crockpot meals.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to Moxy guidelines.
Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure quality of product served, inspect B&F set ups and assign various side duties to the Crew.
Oversee that all servicing & kitchen equipment are clean, well maintained and meet all hygiene, health and safety regulations paying special attention to possible health hazards (HACCP) and code violations.
Maintain cleanliness of the fridges, dishes, and overall kitchen.
Make sure the B&F checklist is used & maintained by all Crew members.
Keep up to date on all B&F trends to deliver a unique Fun Hunter experience.
Able to think outside the box and activate the set-up of the breakfast, Crockpot meals and Flammkuchen as well as organizing the activations in the Now.
Supervise Moxy Activations by creating efficient manpower, equipment and set up.
Assist in the identification of training needs and provide coaching and conduct training for all Crew to ensure that service standards are followed, and all crew is able to make the 12 standard cocktails individually.
