In the position of Commis de Cuisine you are responsible for;

• The preparation of ingredients for cooking;

• Monitoring food quality;

• Setting-up and breaking down of work stations;

• Keeping kitchen areas an equipment clean.

To be eligible for this position you:

• Have graduated of culinary school;

• Preferably have experience in the kitchen of a hotel;

• Are organized and motivated to succeed as part of a team;

• Possess good command of the English language;

• Are calm and productive under pressure;

• Have a professional approach and respect for food and honest cooking.
