As the Manager on Duty intern, you will be responsible for assisting in overseeing all property operations, with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality and service. Your role will involve representing property management in resolving guest or property-related situations. Additionally, you will assist in managing guest inquiries and directing them within the lobby. You will also have the opportunity to serve as the Guest Relations Manager and assist in tracking service issues.

You enjoy working with people and work well in a team. You have great communication- and leadership skills. You have a good overview and are proactive in your daily routine.
To be eligible for this position you:
are student of the hotel school or other relevant education;
are flexible in working hours and days, able to work night shifts;
are eligible to work in the Netherlands
can speak and write fluently in English and-/or Dutch.
are able to find own housing;
