We are searching for a F&B Supervisor for our hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Brussels EU and our restaurant.

Our restaurant wants to be known as a place that offers a good, personalized service in a cozy and familiar atmosphere. You work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food quality, quantity, presentation and service is up to standards and will keep customers interested in returning.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise the service of the F&B department.

Organization and supervision of service and events.

Organization of work: organize, coordinate, and supervise the activities planned for the various F&B departments

Welcoming, answering questions and solving customer problems. Plan the activities of the FB Team, ensure the distribution of tasks, give directives concerning the service, the menu, the drinks, etc.

Ensure the FB Team operate in accordance with company standards.

With the F&B manager, take care of the support and training of employees, assist the F&B manager daily.

Control the setting up of the restaurant, bar, meeting rooms; tables, necessary things, etc.; report faults.

Organize activities in the restaurants and plan the activities of the FB Team based on reservations and occupancy forecasts.

Take part in service activities; monitor the service protocol and internal rules; guarantee quality and friendly customer service.

Control the order and the cleanliness in the outlets and the presentation of the Team.

Supervision of the HACCP rules put in place.

Check the daily stock of food and drinks, make the inventory, and take care of the necessary formalities concerning the count of the services provided

Your profile

You are an experienced F&B person, positive, flexible and you know how the deal with stress. The knowledge of English and French is a must, Dutch a plus.
