MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a constant high quality of service;
Making preparations for a successful service;
Advising with enthusiasm on the dishes, wines and cocktails;
With your personalized service during breakfast, lunch or dinner, score a 9 or 10 on a review;
Going the extra mile to provide the guest with an unforgettable stay;
Adhering to Hotel Nassau Breda's Standard Operating Procedures;
Keeping abreast of all F&B standards, presentation, service, products and hygiene rules.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Do you enjoy pampering our guests and want to learn more about the diversity and story of our hotel? We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for hotel management and hospitality;
is eager to learn, quickly picks up information and knows how to apply it;
Has an open and friendly attitude;
Has an eye for detail, both for the product, the guest and your colleagues;
Experience and wine knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement;
Has knowledge of the Dutch and English language;
Is enthusiastic, flexible, representative and cooperative.
