What are my responsibilities? 

As Front Office Manager you are responsible for the Reception, Guest Services and the Navigators. You focus on Front Office operations, including arrivals/departures, associate and guest satisfaction, and improve the financial performance of the hotel. You train, motivate and coach your team and serve as a role model.  You provide guidance and feedback to help individuals develop and strengthen skills and abilities needed to accomplish work objectives. 

As Front Office Manager you are responsible for providing our guests with an inspirational stay with unique discoveries they will always remember and want to share with their world.

You understand customer needs and set high standards of performance.

To be eligible for this position you…

• Have a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related major.

• Have experience in a Front Office management position or related.

• Can communicate fluently in English and preferably in Dutch. 

• Have international working experience. 

• 25% Night Allowance
