What do your work days look like?
Receiving guests from all over the world, checking them in and out and speaking to them in a friendly manner.
Maintaining the reservation system with the utmost care.
Providing out-of-the-box interpretation of 'Guest Service' and making guests more than happy.
Who is Element by Westin looking for?
Someone who feels proud to work for the world's largest hotel chain. You exude in everything that hospitality is for you; a presentable look, open attitude and a smile that reflects your enjoyment of the work.
You have a good command of the English language.
Knowledge of computer and reservation systems (e.g. Opera) is desired but not required.
Living in Amsterdam (hard requirement).
