Hotel Nassau Breda offers 94 rooms, bar Heiligdom, a characteristic chapel (capacity 300 pax) for weddings, parties and also 5 spacious meeting facilities. Hotel Nassau Breda is an Autograph Collection hotel, one of the 30 brands of Marriott International.

THE POSITION

As a Front Office Intern at Hotel Nassau Breda you will welcome all guests at the Front Office upon entering the hotel. With your hospitable attitude you provide real five-star service and you create a true experience for all guests every day. Professional, positive and proud are words that describe you.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcoming guests upon their arrival.Checking the guest in and out, thus taking care of the first and last impression.Informing the guest about the hotel's facilities and the surrounding area.Closing your shift and all administrative tasks involved.Answering any questions a guest may have during their stay.Providing valet parking and luggage service.Preventing and possibly creatively solving various challenges by creating a WOW effect.Performing security round through the hotel.Answering telephone and process reservations.


HOW YOU'LL DO IT

We are looking for a new, positive addition to our young, ambitious team, and possesses the following qualities:

  • Having an enthusiastic and persuasive personality with hands-on mentality.

  • Being an excellent team player and holding excellent communication skills.

  • Eager to learn.

  • With a flexible attitude regarding different working hours and weekends.

  • Being creative and commercial.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • You are following a vocational education or MBO/HBO degree in Hotel/Hospitality, with the necessary practical experience in the direction of hotels or hospitality, with the necessary practical experience.

  • You master both the Dutch and English language (spoken and written).
