As a Front Office Supervisor at Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Arena Atlas you are responsible for ensuring that consistent high quality customer service is delivered. You will provide guidance and leadership for the Front Office staff. You will motivate and support our Front Office Team and ensure our guests' satisfaction and you will provide a personal and friendly service to our guests. The front desk is open 24/7 and you will be working in shifts AM, PM and if necessary night. 

We are looking for a person who wants to be apart of developing our hotel. As a Front Office Supervisor you are responsible for the entire Front Office department and you report to the Front Office Manager.

You will be a member of a great team where everyone is just as important as the other!

You are:

• You are a natural leader and host

• You are flexible and positive

• You have a experience from working in a frond desk before

• You have excellent communication and guest service skills

• You have an eye for details and only the best is good enough

• You have an inspiring energy and always with a smile on your faceYou have minimum 1 year of supervising position

• You speak and write fluently English, Dutch and preferably a third language

• You are good with technology and you´ve been working with Opera before

• You will be responsible for the arrival and departure of our guests and the completion of all supervisor shift checklists.

• You will be responding to every guest’s requests including concierge requests.

• You need to provide a personal and friendly service to our guests.

• You are service minded and your focus is on the guest experience.
