POSITION PURPOSE
Assist the Human Resources team in the general organization of human resources department and services to the employees and in the day-to-day operations by carrying out various administrative tasks. Replace the Human Resources Manager during her absence.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to applications
• Prepare contracts/employment certificates
• Prepare new employee files and introduce them to the hotel
• Assist employees with administration
• Follow up on medical/incapacity certificates
• Report and follow up on worker's compensation administration
• Handle requests and correspondence from interim agencies
• File and organize daily paperwork
• Organize staff celebrations (staff party, birthday, retirement, Christmas etc.)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Languages: French and English (Dutch is a plus)
• Motivation, good communication skills and flexibility
• Interest in responsibility and autonomy
