THE POSITION
The Rebyl, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Management Intern. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in hotel operations and management.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with our experienced management team to learn about all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage, and event planning.
Assist with daily hotel operations.
Learn about hotel management and leadership.
Participate in training and development program.
Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Helping in the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
Learning and implementing hotel policies and procedures.
Assisting in managing guest relations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Coordinating events and conferences.
Assisting in managing and supervising staff in various departments.
Learning and implementing revenue management strategies.
Assist in managing and maintaining inventory and supplies.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
You are following a vocational education or MBO/HBO degree in Hotel/Hospitality, with the necessary practical experience in the direction of hotels or hospitality, with the necessary practical experience.
You love the Intercontinental brand and live and breathe in its values.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.
