What are my responsibilities?
As the property Manager on Duty you will oversee all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. You will represent property management in resolving any guest or property related situation. Additionally, you will manage the flow of questions and direct guests within the lobby, as well as serve as the Guest Relations Manager and handle the tracking of service issues. You will be part of the security team and assist the Loss Prevention department.

You enjoy working with people and work well in a team. You have great communication- and leadership skills. You have a good overview and are proactive in your daily routine.
To be eligible for this position you:
have experience in an international hospitality chain;
have 4 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, security or related professional area or have 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major and 2 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, security or related professional area.
are flexible in working hours and days, able to work night shifts;
Can speak and write fluently in English.
