Our team at IHCP is looking for a pro-active recruiter for our IHCP hotels! Who is excited about working on a great job; presenting both our Marriott International Hotels as well as our Accor hotel?! IHCP is the hotel management company behind the Mercure Hotel Amersfoort City Centre, Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and the soon to be open Moxy/ Residence Inn The Hague. Our HR team is NOW on the hunt for a recruiter to join the team. Do you have what it takes? Do you know how to attract our future team members and improve our employer branding? We are looking for YOU! In this role, you would act as a recruiter for all levels in our 5 different hotels. No day is the same!

What will you be doing?

  • Publish our up-to-date vacancies on all different channels.

  • Monitor the response rate on vacancies and creatively think of ways to increase the number of applicants.

  • You are the first representative of the company our candidates meet – you will do a pre-selection and discuss with our HOD’s why and which candidates are suitable for a position.

  • You schedule interviews, if it suits your agenda, you will take the lead in these. Training our HOD’s on how to perform job interviews is also part of your job.

  • Pro-actively approach possible candidates for our open positions.

  • Organise recruitment events and join in at Hotel School presentations and Career Fairs to make people enthusiastic for our industry.

  • You actively search for the newest channels and most creative ways to post our vacancies.

  • You think along in our employer branding projects and help execute them.
