THE PERSON

The Sales Executive is a super confident individual that is part of the Regional Sales team and is a buzzy point of contact between customers and hotels.

You will do sales research, understands how to conduct prospecting, administrative tasks, maximize revenue build customer loyalty and support the Regional Sales team.

 

THE JOB

  • Evaluate, qualify, and respond to sales leads, and arrange appointments for the Regional Sales Manager, covering Moxy Utrecht & Courtyard Amsterdam Arena Atlas hotels in The Netherlands

  • Whip up the contracts to finalise sales transactions.

  • Join-in on Sales projects, executing activities that support the direction of your hotels.

  • Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and our disruptive sales culture.

  • Jump on sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients.

  • Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support, as needed.

  • Manage a little black book of tele-sales accounts.

  • Research and identify new leads.

  • Get stuck-in with pre-opening hotel tasks and hotel activities that drive sales.

  • Provide support for the Group reservations team.

 

Maintaining Business Goals

  • Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response information

  • Generate and organise sales reports using multiple data systems

  • Language requirements: Business proficient English, Dutch preferred

  • Top Communication ability

  • A whizz at Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel (you’ve got to love those spreadsheets!), Word (the best for proposals!), PowerPoint and others (your presentations pop!) and Outlook (you use all the tools!).

  • Strong organisational skills

Education and Professional Certification

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels either in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk,
