The hotel

The Amsterdam Marriott Hotel has been around since 1975. The iconic hotel within the Marriott International portfolio was the first Marriott property to be opened outside of the United States and Mexico. That brings us to the great experienced team from all over the world. With more than 40 nationalities within the team, you get to learn from hospitality professionals from all sorts of backgrounds!

The 5-star hotel has 396 guest rooms, an M Club Lounge for our premium members, the Sorel’s Bar & Lounge that is well known for its local partnerships and specialty cocktails, and one of Amsterdam’s finest steak-houses; the Midtown Grill Restaurant. On top of that we have 12 meeting rooms equipped with the newest technology.

The job

For our stewarding position, we are looking for a responsible person who is a team player and has an eye for detail for cleanliness. You operate and maintain the cleaning of the equipment and tools. You wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and other kitchen equipment.

You will be working 38 hours a week, both in the week and weekends including morning-, afternoon- and evening- shifts.
