What will you do? (Responsibilities)
As a Security & Guest Service Agent, you are responsible for the safety of all outlets within the hotel. Most of your time will be spent in our beautiful lobby, where you will address any unwelcome guests. Additionally, you will conduct security rounds throughout the property. Beyond your security duties, you will assist your hotel colleagues with special guest requests. Helping guests with their luggage and providing valet parking services are also part of your role. This is a highly versatile position in a dynamic and challenging environment.
What we like to see in you: (Requirements)
You have part-time availability (30.4 hours / 4 days per week).
You hold a Dutch ABM/Security Officer Level 2 diploma and a valid driver’s license.
You are hospitable, well-presented, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented.
You have excellent social and communication skills, which you can convey effectively in both Dutch and English.
