F&B - Trainee

As an F&B Trainee, you’ll support the team across the restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. From room service to setting up events, you’ll help deliver high-quality, personalized service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner under the guidance of senior staff.
What will you do? (Responsibilities)
You will be assigned to work at "Rôtisse" restaurant, but also in the M Club (VIP lounge) and/or banqueting areas, depending on the events and operational needs.
Assist the Chef de Rang and Restaurant Manager in delivering high-standard service
Support daily operations across the restaurant, bar, and banquet areas
Participate in breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
Help with room service preparation and delivery
Set up banquet rooms, tables, and service equipment for events
Ensure personalized and professional service to all guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all F&B areas
