Human Ressources - Trainee

6-month internship from September 1st to February 28th. As an HR intern, you'll assist with administrative tasks such as managing employee records, contracts, supporting recruitment, handling attendance, and aiding in various HR processes. Proactive attitude and organizational skills required.
What will you do? (Responsibilities)
Assist with managing employee records and contracts
Support recruitment activities (job postings, candidate screening)
Handle attendance, leave requests, and absences
Aid in administrative processes related to HR functions
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
Support internal communication within the company
What we like to see in you: (Requirements)
Ongoing studies in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
Interest in HR and employee relations
