Kitchen Intern - Courtyard Amsterdam Arena Atlas
as a kitchen intern you will work in the Italian kitchen of Restaurante51. You will join an international team where everyone is important. In the kitchen we prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service. As it is an open kitchen, you can immediately see how the guests enjoy your dishes!

As a kitchen intern you will work in the Italian kitchen of Restaurante51. You will join an international team where everyone is important. In the kitchen we prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service. As it is an open kitchen, you can immediately see how the guests enjoy your dishes!
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Making mice and place with fresh ingredients
- Cooking dishes from the authentic Italian kitchen
- Supporting the chefs in the kitchen
- Compliance with the HACCP rules
- Ensuring proper storage and processing of various products
What we like to see in you: (Requirements)
We are looking for an intern with passion or a strong curiosity for cooking. Additionally, looking for someone with the following qualities:
- You follow a relevant HBO or MBO course;
- You are looking for an internship for at least 5 months;
- You speak English;
- You are independent, representative and stress-resistant;
- You are creative and like to think along!
