MClub Supervisor
Join our team as MClub supervisor ! Welcome VIP guests with a smile, ensure smooth and friendly morning service, and help create a great start to their day in a warm and dynamic atmosphere.
What will you do? (Responsibilities)
Welcomes guests and provides guidance.
Sets up the buffet: arranges ice and heating plates.
Brings the necessary items and places them on the buffet.
Sets up the hot & cold buffet.
Restocks dishes and cutlery; sets the tables.
Welcomes guests, serves coffee and tea.
Clears the buffet and replenishes supplies as needed.
Prepares hot and cold beverages.
Checks guest satisfaction and handles feedback.
Oversees the welcome service and resolves issues.
Sets up promotional materials, hangs posters, and ensures appropriate decoration.
Prepares and delivers VIP amenities to guest rooms.
What we like to see in you: (Requirements)
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Warm, professional, and service-oriented attitude
Ability to anticipate guest needs and ensure personalized service
Strong attention to detail, especially in presentation and cleanliness
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work weekends, and holidays as needed
Good physical condition (standing, carrying trays, setting up buffets, etc.)
