A position for the true target hunter! As Reservations & Banquet Sales Coordinator you will be working with full dedication to optimize hotel occupancy for the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport hotel in Hoofddorp.
What will you do? (Responsibilities)
What do your workdays look like as a Reservations & Banquet Sales Coordinator?
The back office team works centrally from the Courtyard hotel in Hoofddorp. Your focus is on optimizing (group) reservations for rooms and function rooms. In detail:
Taking reservations: from group reservations for our multifunctional rooms to individual room reservations. You guide people in a hospitable way and ask the right questions to make the offer as appropriate as possible.
Processing reservations: you process all data in the reservation system in an accurate and structured way.
Occasionally you provide tours of the hotel: you speak easily in public.

Who we are looking for?
Someone who derives motivation from the pursuit of hard goals. You have a commercial mindset and strong communication skills. You dare to be critical of the figures achieved and know how to professionally translate this into well-founded action plans.
What do we expect from you as Reservations & Banquet Sales Coordinator?
HBO working and thinking level.
Completed commercial or hospitality education.
Very good command of the Dutch and English language.
Knowledge of MARSHA, Opera PMS is an advantage.
You have a pleasant telephone voice.
