Revenue Manager (FT)
A position for the real target hunter! Are you an analytical talent with a commercial mindset? As a Revenue Manager you are fully engaged in optimizing hotel occupancy and the use of meeting rooms.
What will you do? (Responsibilities)
With your expertise in Yield management and systems such as Opera, Marsha, One Yield & Light House, you take advantage of every opportunity to increase revenue - whether in hotel rooms or meeting rooms.
Your specialty and focus is on optimizing occupancy, room and room revenues. In brief:
Yield management: optimize ADR and operate and monitor reservation systems (Marsha & Opera PMS). In addition, manage all booking channels.
Making forecasts and overviews regarding reservations and room revenue. Achieved results pitch you at a high level. Proactively making and implementing recommendations.
You like to look for commercial opportunities and know how to translate these into concrete actions.
What we like to see in you: (Requirements)
Someone who is motivated by the pursuit of hard goals and who has strong communication skills. You dare to be critical of the figures achieved and know how to turn this into well-founded action plans in a professional manner.
At least three years of experience in Revenue Management within a Marriott hotel.
Commercial mindset.
HBO working and thinking level.
Completed commercial or hospitality education.
Very good command of the Dutch and English language.
Knowledge of MARSHA, Opera PMS, One Yield and Light House is a plus.
Knowledge of revenue management tools.
Knowledge of the Amsterdam/Schiphol hotel industry is a plus.
