Room Service Attendant - Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel
We offer a 24 hour in room dining service, open all seven days of the week.
What will you do? (Responsibilities)
Taking orders through telephone conversations with full knowledge of all menu items.
Up-selling all menu items to maximize food & beverage revenue.
Serving of exquisite food and beverages offerings to the guest rooms, in a timely and accurate manner.
We are one big team, helping out others is a must – ‘Teamwork Makes The Dream Work’
Set tables or trays according to type of food ordered.
Responsible for cleaning and removing of the tables and/or trays from guest rooms and/or corridor.
Consistent achievement of the service standards.
You follow all the safety and security policies and procedures of the company.
Complete opening and/or closing duties.
What we like to see in you: (Requirements)
You have a kind knowledge of all F&B standards, service, and products. You’re able to demonstrate hygiene codes correctly and are able to show safe us of all materials/equipment.
You have strong communication skills, you are the tie between the guest and the kitchen.
You are courteous, professional, and are a master in efficient service.
You are immune to stress and solution-minded.
You’re fluent in English, Dutch and/or any other language is appreciated.
You are flexible; all days of the week and on holidays.
