What do your work days look like?

• Receiving guests from all over the world, checking them in and out and speaking to them in a friendly manner.

• Maintaining the reservation system with the utmost care.

• Providing out-of-the-box interpretation of 'Guest Service' and making guests more than happy.

Other Requirements

• You have a good command of the English language.

• Knowledge of computer and reservation systems (e.g. Opera) is desired but not required.

• Living in Amsterdam (hard requirement).
