At The Slaak Rotterdam, we're working on a new concept by creating a social hub where the restaurant and bar are combined. In this setup, it's all about connecting people and focusing on fine dishes rather than fine dining. Therefore, we’re looking for a General Manager who’s continuing our story.
THE POSITION
As the Hotel Manager at The Slaak, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our establishment. We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader with a strong background in Hotel Management to drive our hotel to new heights. The ideal candidate is a visionary innovator who can inspire and motivate our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Mastering Customer Service and Food and Beverage and Your Extensive Hotel Management knowledge will be the cornerstone of our hospitality excellence. You'll implement a service strategy that delivers unforgettable stays in our state-of-the-art rooms.
Leading by Example (Hands-On): Your leadership style isn't confined to an office; it's out on the floor, and at the front desk. You'll be a hands-on leader, setting the standard for dedication and hard work throughout our team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Demonstrated success as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership position in the hospitality industry, ideally in one of the Marriott brands.
Proven financial expertise, consistently surpassing financial objectives.
Hands-on approach and a willingness to work closely with the team to ensure outstanding operational performance.
Forward-thinking mindset, adept at identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
Outstanding leadership abilities, adept at mentoring and coaching, cultivating a positive and collaborative team environment.
Experience in cluster management is advantageous.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to delivering the highest level of quality.
