Job Description

With a team of strong sales professionals, ITSC represents high quality companies including Marriott Hotels International. In your role you will be representing Marriott International.

Marriott International is a brand leader and the largest hotel company in the world. Offering the most powerful portfolio in the industry, with 31 brands and more than 8.300 properties across 130 countries and territories. You’ll be strengthening the relation with a portfolio of accounts and focus on new business, ensuring Group and (Luxury) leisure accounts will be set up within the Marriott Global Sales Organization. It’s essential you enjoy interacting with people, love traveling and have an exceptional drive to outperform, since you will be challenged to beat room night and revenue goals.


Your tasks

  • Pro-actively hunt on cold - and warm leads, source Benelux and beyond

  • Source and convert group business

  • Explore and manage databases from Marriott and other sources like LinkedIn Sales navigator

  • Join networking events and industry conferences

  • Expand market share and manage relations with client base on the different segments, which includes corporate Groups, Group Intermediaries and (Luxury) Leisure

  • Work closely with Marriott Global Sales team in Europe, Middle East and Africa to grow business in your segment and to participate in EMEA wide projects

Job requirements:

  • You’ve got excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English. French on top would be nice.

  • You have a degree in Commercial Business and/or Hospitality, MBO/HBO

  • You’ve got at least 3 years+ work experience in Sales environment

  • Ideally you would have a background with Marriott but if not we will share the love

  • You’re enthusiastic, sociable, likable and a great story teller

  • You’re focussed and ambitious: Proactive individual, goal oriented thinking, result driven, a true sales hunter who never settles for average

  • You’re good at multi-tasking, prioritising and working smart

  • You are eager to work on a full time basis

  • You’re a teambuilder: Responding constructively to others' ideas and suggestions, with a drive to contribute to the growth of the company and to support others
