- Operations Supervisor-

What are my responsibilities?

Together with The Operations Manager you will coach your CREW MEMBERS and train the team daily. You will lead the team by example and ensures that all shifts for the Front Office and Food & Beverage run smoothly.

You, again together with the Operations Manager...

  • manage and train the total team (Crew) by coordinating the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.

  • prepare monthly reports and budget for front office and F&B department.

  • assist to monitor and handle guest complaints, and create pro-active planning to increase guest satisfaction scores.

  • show analytical skills in checking reservations and pre-blocking rooms to ensures that all guest expectations are exceeded upon arrival.

  • plan, develop and implement departmental goals.

  • co-ordinate and evaluate the department’s financial performance

  • create an exciting and motivating work environment with strong commitment within the team

  • monitor team to ensure consistent compliance on all Brand Standards

  • ensure the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for guests.

  • arrange staff scheduling.

You communicate clearly, with firm leadership skills. You have the ability to multitask, prioritise be PLAYFUL and manage time and perform under pressure, while you are continuously highly motivated.



  • can communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch.

  • have a relevant degree in hospitality management.

  • have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role in a hotel.

  • have experience in F&B as well.

  • have an operational mind-set yet a creative mind, who drives innovative ideas to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.

  • are flexible in working different shifts (morning, evening, night and weekend), which makes your job even more diverse.
