Voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden Distribueren van bedlinnen en badstof over de verschillende etages en service areas. Ophalen van vuil bedlinnen en badstof op de etage gangen bij de kamerdames en de containers klaar zetten in de loading bay voor de externe wasserij Distribueren van het tafellinnen voor de Food & Beverage outlets. Klaar zetten van vuil tafellinnen in de loading bay voor de externe wasserij. Op verzoek brengen en ophalen van extra bedden, babybedjes, kacheltjes, ventilatoren, bedplanken, etc. naar gastenkamers. Scheiden van ‘afkeur’ en ‘overwas’ linnen en deelnemen aan half jaarlijkse linnentelling. Het signaleren van storingen en mankementen en doorgeven via intern storingsysteem. Het voorzichtig en volgens de regels omspringen met (chemische) schoonmaakmiddelen en materialen. Stoffen en stofzuigen van de hotelgangen. Mede schoonmaken van gastenruimten en dienstruimten. Leeg- en schoonmaken van prullenbakken op de hotelgangen en service areas, daarbij rekening houden met het bewaken van het milieu. Bijvullen van de service areas met guest amenities die nodig zijn voor het verblijf gereed maken van de kamers. Lokale vlek verwijdering van tapijtvlekken in gastenkamers en op de hotelgangen. Het beantwoorden van de houseman telefoon en opvolging geven aan en het uitvoeren van alle voorkomende gasten verzoeken vanuit het Guest Service Center. Vastmaken van gordijnhaakjes met behulp van trapje in gastenkamers. Dagelijks linnenbestelling doen voor aanlevering van schoon bedlinnen en badstof voor de kamers. Wekelijkse order maken voor room amenities die besteld moeten worden om de voorraden binnen de housekeeping afdeling op peil te houden. Op verzoek ontstoppen van wastafels en/ of doucheputjes. Het geven van vriendelijke, professionele en snelle service op alle tijden. Het goed onderhouden van contact met de gasten. Het bijwonen van afdelingsvergaderingen. Het bijwonen van trainingen indien dat gewenst is. Main Responsibilities Connecting with Guests The W Insider connects, differentiates and elevates the guest experience with extraordinary experiences. The W Insider creates an Insider Culture at the hotel - with guests, the team and the community. Personalization The W Insider should coordinate pre-stay outreach, in-house communication, and post-stay personal contact with guests. The W Insider should also assist and work closely with high-end guests such as celebrities, dignitaries, and top Sales team clients, to ensure close personal attention and a seamless experience. Acts as a key advocate for the guest at all times. Communicates any guest opportunities they are made aware of through guest interactions in a timely manner to relevant operating departments so that appropriate action to resolve may take place. Personally follows up with guests after resolution to ensure satisfaction. Networking The role should liaise with the Director of Marketing to brainstorm on opportunities that exist that the W Insider can use to bring to life for the guest. They should also work with Marketing Manager on key PR events and assist on generating social media content. Furthermore, the W Insider should present on a regular basis on the topic of insider events, ‘hot spots’ and happenings that they have uncovered for guests and how that supports the hotel goal of providing insider access.
