Functieomschrijving Tijdens de F&B Cost Control stage ben je samen met de F&B Cost Controller en de storekeeper verantwoordelijk voor een juiste invoer van goederen in het hotel en daarmee het beheersen van de Food & Beverage kosten. Je assisteert hen o.a. bij goederenontvangst, administratie en het verwerken van bestellingen voor het hele hotel. Je zult volledig inzicht krijgen in het reilen en zeilen van de afdeling, om uiteindelijk zelfstandig te kunnen functioneren. Afhankelijk van de skills en voortgang van de trainee zullen er bovenop deze taken ook ondersteunende werkzaamheden uitgevoerd worden.
